The stay was nice and the mall in the casino was fabulous. We may Upon arrival bathroom vanity had blinking lights which we had to return to the front desk for the manager to handle. The call placed didn’t seem to expedite matter. The housekeeper seemed to have no clue who was the cleaner for our room. The spacious room and bathroom

Horrible, only reason we stayed was because we were denied a refund. I didn’t like everything. I have stayed there so many times in the past and was very disappointed. Check in was a nightmare, felt like if we were at an airport, at both kiosk and customer service line. cleanliness was just as bad, children on our floor screaming and yelling late into the night and into early morning. Completely dissatisfied. Will never stay there again and will never use booking.com either. There was no way to contact customer service.

Felt like I went back in the 80s I didn't get checked into my room until after 7pm I didn't get a room in the North Tower as reserved
