Great casino but I will never go there again to stay again. the price I paid for the room was ridiculously high. i had to listen to the person behind the counter argue with a manger to close her check in no line because that wasn’t her job but I couldn’t check I. because the kiosk would not accept mine nor about 15 other peoples QR code. I wasn’t told I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. it smelled of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room and I have asthma. the phone didn’t work and I was told someone would be up to fix i... read more

Bad the staff very rude , terrible customer service , no shampoo , no conditioner, we stayed in line for 3 hours to check in we got in there 3:30 to check in at 4 our time and they didn’t check us in until 6:15 pm very sad it was fun place to be at

It was ok The food was good. The room you nice but could have a mini refrigerator.

Bad The room that we were given is big. The problem is, the AC is not working. We stayed the entire night on an 80°F room up until we left. We called front desk at 1am and were told that somebody is coming in an hour to check it and up until we left, no one came. Front desk is literally worthless telling us if we want to file a complain, we need to talk to a manager. The vibe of the place is nice

Terrible stay probably the worse experience I’ve ever had at this location. This truly makes me reevaluate staying at th I had major issues checking in. I did the self check-in and room was not ready at 4pm. I signed up for an email to let me know when the room was ready and I was never notified so I walked back over 3 hours later and checked in. my fear is that if I didn’t keep checking I would still be waiting. the location in terms of proximity to the other resorts was good.
