Disappointing That I was charged more than what I was quoted on booking.

Outside of the room was fine . the room was disgusting. Stains all over furnishings, carpets, sheets, shower curtain. Mold in bathroom doorway. Windows filthy, bathroom door was a glass slider also filthy. Couldn’t walk around without shoes. When I called to complain they offered to come up and clean it. That would of taken all night, with steam cleaner cause housekeeping wasn’t cleaning that. hotel has many restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed the casino itself but not our room Our room was not fully cleaned and we did not like not having a window that gave us natural sunlight. It was very dark and dull in our room. The resort & casino was nice and fun

we were also situated between two families that were having a party till late hours and could never get anyone at front no towels nor room service nor maid service. took us 24 hours to get clean towels and we had to go in person to maid service to get them this time I was not happy with the room we were given

Vey Disappointed Paid extra for the suite the shower didn’t work properly!! The sofas was disgusting and when I spoke to I believe Darryl or Darren all he said was he was sorry and could send someone to clean the sofa and try to fix the shower. Unacceptable!!! Usually we stay at the Ocean but wanted to try something new, that was a terrible mistake. Definitely would not recommend or be staying at this hotel again. I’m also going to do a google review. Fair The check-in process took over half an hour as the non-diamond members were ignored and there were only four staff members working. My room was hot and dirty. There were trash bags outside my room for half of the first day that I was there. I could not control the temperature in my room. The hallway needed to be vacuumed.

Tropicana Chelsea Needs to be updated! Upon arrival for check in machines were broke 4 staff members on line for 45 mins. Room smelled like smoke although it was non smoking Ice machine broke
