The room was ok but check-out was a disaster Upon checkout- all of the Kiosks were down. I had to wait in line 35 minutes behind people checking in just to check out. I then went to the parking deck to leave and I had to wait another 30 minutes to pay the parking attendant because there was only one attendant and the credit card machine was not working.

love hotel,hate no customer reps to help you 4.5 hours to check in. didn’t get room I reserved. only 1 representative at check in..line was crazy because everyone had problems checking in on kiosks. terrible service by management only having 1 rep at counter to handle hundreds of guests love the property

Disappointing The room was not updated definitely needs a upgrade. The bathroom had a crack in the wall with mold or something pinkish down it. Also saw a roach in the bathroom just not pleased at all. This spot has the main attraction and the rooms should not be up-kept and infested with bugs. location and attractions

Location perfect, hotel needs a makeover and cleaner guest rooms. First room was filthy: cigarette butts and a pile of ashes next to bed, nail clippings on floor, dusty, nothing stocked. Management fixed and upgraded to newer clean room. It was great, except refrigerator wasn't working and it took a day and a half for replacement. Perfect location for beach lovers or casino trip.

Nice property, cr The huge amount of bums and drug addicts inside and outside the property asking for money and cigarettes. they use the bathrooms as showers. It was pretty foul. the mall
