I will not be returning to the Tropicana Check in time was 4:00pm. I checked in at 4:45pm at a kiosk. I was notified the room was not ready. I asked the desk how long before my room would be ready and was told the cleaning crew did not clean any rooms with king size beds and they leave for the day at 4:30. I was relocated to a room with 2 queen beds. The room was filthy - window and walls had a weird grease film and there was urine on the toilet.

If it weren't for the fact that I was with family, I would not have stayed. The walls in the room were dirty, the air condition was extremely noisy, decor of entire facility was old and not very clean. Definitely not worth the money. I will not stay there again. Bed was comfortable. The Tango bar was fun. Food at Carmines was superb.

went down specifically for wet willies. entire hotel smelled like weed and room was directly next to the elevator shaft the entire place smelled like weed how close to the boardwalk and the restaurants and bars in the facility
