It was our anniversary. our room was so far away. Taking 2 elevators. Halleays smelled of cigarettes and pot. our room was so far away from everything. lots of shops

It was a great stay after the room was upgraded from Chelsea Tower. Our original room in the Chelsea tower was absolutely disgusting. There was mold in the shower, previous guest’s hair on the bathroom and shower floor. There were stains almost everywhere you looked, especially the curtains. The wallpaper was peeling. The room was “non-smoking” but the smell of smoke from the hallway permeated through the walls. We had a wonderful time but were very disappointed with the hotel room considering the cost. The room was dark and not very clean. The furniture was damaged. For a well-known hotel, the room in the Chelsea tower was sub-par. The rooms need a full upgrade. All of the furniture needs to be replaced as well as the carpet and wall paper. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great since it was right on the boardwalk. There were a lot of shops and restaurants that were available.

Don’t know if I want to stay again. customer service. Employees don’t care about your needs. It was pretty and clean.
