good but not satisfied I booked a smoking room. when I got there was told there’s no smoking rooms and we were upgraded for free. was not an upgrade at all location, restaurants

Love the trop. The spot just had a super Nasty feel Clean Clean Clean Elevators should be clean 4/5 time a day I saw a cup in the elevator from 4 PM check out to my next day 11 AM check out

Weve stayed at the Tropicana multiple times before the Pandemic and this was definetly NOT the same Without our consent we were given a room for people with disabilities. The bathroom was set up for a wheelchair and when we tried to use the shower, the shower head fell off and there was water everywhere. We almost slipped and fell. We called for assistance and a plumber came took the shower head to replace it and returned 4 hours later. The housekeeping staff was excellent and came in and cleaned the bathroom and dried the f... read more

Bad Did not like the fact that in the world we live in that the security or the Hotel would allow smoking in the casino's. Never did I expect to have to put clothes in a bag from night before due to cigarette smoke. Very disgusted with this n will never return. The money we put out on the room and food n casino would have been better spent at another casino that enforces NO SMOKING INSIDE CASINO. Was playing machine and 3 foot away people were smoking. This happened for entire weekend we were there.
