don’t waste your time. terrible property pool was closed and no notification about this. very little. lots of shops and places to eat

Poor after 6 hours driving, got to room, was not clean. there was a hand print on the headboard, condom wrapper on the floor, and overall the room looked like they just made the bed and that was it. location was good

Disappointing TOUT EST ANCIEN ....QUI DEVRAIT ETRE REMPLACEE,TRES LONG POUR ALLLE SUR LA PLAGE. Beaucoup de bruit fait par ascenseur ,pas de personnels pour remplacer les serviettes ,les vidange,desinfection.

Would never stay there again. Our first interaction with Tropicana staff started with being treated very rudely by the self park cashier and It went downhill from there. The manager argued with my daughter when there was an issue at check-in, our room was in the Chelsea Tower, it was dirty, the carpet had not been vacuumed, there was a dirty napkin beside the bed, crumbs and stains on the dresser, a stain on the toilet seat, and something stuck on the soap holder on the sink. nice overall place but definitely need to clean rooms before guest check in there was pubic hair and other hair in the bathtub nice setup

Poor No microwave, service is bad, only single sink and not working properly and then wrong located, shower not in good condition. Size of the room!

Great location; but rooms are not clean pretty shocking for it to be a casino hotel. Staff also was only accommodating a Dirty; stains on bed sheets; fridge had mold; and the room was not renovated location and restaurants
