It took me three hours almost to check in at the front desk because there was no one there really only one person taking That it was by the ocean other than that everything else was ghetto

What happened to my resort and casino No hot water No bath towels or wash cloth 20min wait for elevator told by staff to use freight elevator Still waiting for management to call back as told by front desk at check out Nasty staff no form of managent or way to let them know

Took 5 hours for staff to bring a crib up to the room. Terrible customer service Terrible customer service

Fair Ice machines were out of order trash and dirty linens were left outside our room door for a day and a half and we had to pay 135 dollars more than what was booked through Booking.com Location

Strand war super, Orgel (Führung) in der Boardwalk Hall absolut empfehlenswert! Sauberkeit katastrophal, Zimmer total verdreckt, schlechter Service mit falschen Angaben (hatten bzgl Parken nachgefragt und wurden einfach weggeschickt), Zimmer demoliert und völlig abgewohnt. Hatten 3 verschiedene Zimmer, die alle in einem gleichen desolaten Zustand waren. Keine Weiterempfehlung. Lage ist super!

nicht noch mal! Sehr veraltete Zimmer, teilweise kaputte Möbel, Teppichboden dreckig. Der Weg zum Zimmer, ist schlecht beschildert. die Fenster, wurden seit langer langer Zeit nicht mehr geputzt, man kann kaum die Aussicht genießen. Lange Wartezeiten an den Fahrstühlen.

Rip-off. Give me money back. Paid 300+ bucks for an ocean view room that was not facing the ocean. For a Monday night stay. On top of the fact that they charge me a $37 "resort fee". Whatever that means. The room was mediocre at best. The shower didn't work properly and the handle to the bathroom door fell off. Overall, the price of the room was not worth what I was charged. Thankfully I only stayed a day otherwise I wouldve complained for a different room.
