Very disappointing stay for my family. I spent a lot of money for 4 rooms for a bday I booked 4 rooms for 1 night, 6/11/22. Rm 1916 Chelsea tower was 78 degrees. We turned down the thermostat to 67 because it was so hot. It remained at 78 the entire night. I have a pic of the thermostat in the morning of 6/12 prior to checkout to prove it. This made it very uncomfortable for two of my family members who were unable to sleep in the room. Horrible. It was a graduation gift for my daughter and when I brought my concerns up, it was brushed The room was dirty. When I pulled back the covers on one of the beds both sheets had stains. The bathroom shower curtain was either dirty or had mildew as well as the bottom toilet seat and there was items left in the fridge. I contacted the front desk. Wish it's easy from the beginning They reserve a room for us in the Havana building witch it's very far from the main entrance a lot of walking around while I explain and request a handicap room and close to the action When they moved us to the main building
