The whole point was for my daughter to use the pool and only one pool open. One pool open. Joke. Not even indoor so water was cold. Beach.

Bad I have been trying to reach out to the hotel for almost 2 weeks and no proper answer. I got charged for 4 rooms even though we used 3. I could not get my money back, and the hotel does nothing to solve this problem. I would definitely not recommend!

Not worth it The AC did not work when we arrived to the room. The refrigerator did not work, we had to throw everything from the boardwalk out. The door did not close properly, room door was left open after being cleaned. horrible communication I have reached out to Tropicana on multiple platforms and received no response Nothing

Didn’t enjoy the hotel room . The state of the rooms first room we got was dirty, debris on the floor sheets was dirty, bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned, got another room was a little better than the first, AC wasn’t working properly Purchased all meals from surrounding restaurants which wasn’t a big deal

Bad well I booked through Booking.com. And it was my mistake that I didn’t choose the right dates I want it to be there Saturday into Sunday and instead I chose the Sunday into Monday which yes I agree it was my fault. I was willing to pay the regular rate but the only thing available was a smoking room (I’m asthmatic )so that does not work for me. So I had to wander off to the shore lines and try to find something else that was available.
