staff need to do better on customer service I didn’t enjoy my stay here at all I didn’t like how it was no room service my room looked like a motel not a damn thing

Disappointed Was very disappointed. Felt like machine were rigged to take your money. The room carpet look old and dirty. Been to better casino. I will definitely won't be coming back here .

Not worth the price for a Saturday night in June with the accommodations so lacking! Everything about this room could have been improved. Housekeeping was super helpful but after we stumbled upon issues with our room. Paint chipping off walls. Bed extremely squeaky and too soft. Pillows too small for beds. Towels too small for Guests. Hallways filthy and smelled like marijuana and that is offensive to a non-smoker. Had to call for ashtray. Thermostat broken, keeping it an icebox. Smallest tv ever in a hotel!

it was ok but will be the last time. no air in the rooms, it looked like there was blood on the shower curtain that we had I took a picture and water pressure was horrible. The housekeeper that was on our end had a very nasty attitude when we asked for more towels. we used the first ones but the man that handed us them was very nice. casinos

whole resort hard to find places and very long walk to garage. pool on 5th floor closed keys didnt work twice and we had to be moved. Air condtioning in room very ineffective. temp stayed at 80 even though it was running warm air. clean,

after checking in and finally getting to our rooms, we were exhausted and no longer excited about the stay. the staff that was on shift the night we arrived, there was 2 people working and we had to wait in line to be checked in for over 40mins!!!!!!!!! horrible. I liked how cleaned everything were

Nice but rooms are out dated See prior comment I enjoyed myself but the hallway floors were never properly cleaned one of the elevators needs repair and the room was very dated for the kind of money being ask for we had to go to another floor to get ice because the one on our floor was broken.. One of the key cards did not work and we had no idea who to tell. It would also be nice to leave some restaurant menus in each room and someone should tell the housekeepers to close the door while cleaning if their going to be chillin... read more
