Don't stay there The money you spent it's not worth it. You can get better Room, Bed & Cleanliness to other motels than this. Nothing Fancy after you spent a lots of money. Pool was there but close all time. No meaning, Better to spend that money somewhere else. Nothing

nice casino and food, overpriced beat up room the room was nothing like the pictures. it was beat up with stains on the walls. the toilet paper holder and towel mount were ripped out of the walls. everything looked really beat up and worn out. the Chelsea tower seemed like an afterthought and for $400+ a night I expected much better. I was really disappointed from the pictures and reviews vs the reality of the room. there were a lot of food options

Bad The room was not clean all the days we were there..I will not go back there again.

Poor we paid a lot of money to stay at the Tropicana. However, the room we had was in an old hotel acquired by Tropicana. The building was dingy, far away from activities of the actual Tropicana, and the room smelled like vomit. Should not have been charged Tropicana prices for this room

Poor Staff had no clue about nothing,signs for directions are horrible,dirty Pool,convienant to boredwalk and food

booked a ocean view room and was told when I checked in since it wasn’t at 4 the ocean view rooms were sold out it was ok
