Not worth the money. Don't recommend. Beautiful to visit the casino and the stores only! There was a hidden fee at check in. Another resort fee when in our confirmation email it said it was already included. Staff was helpful but they were not polite. I reserved 2 rooms a king and double. When I check I checked in they informed me they had no more king size bedrooms so they gave me another double. Very Poor There were limited tables and a workers strike going on right outside the casino. Made for a very uncomfortable environment and bad mood throughout the entire stay. They stood outside the entrances to the Tropicana on the boardwalk my entire stay NA

Disappointing I upgraded my room during check-in. I was told I would get a 49in tv and an oceanview room. I got a 32 in tv with a broken remote and my windows faced other buildings. The floor was also dirty

It’s never easy reading how we did not live up to our guests expectations. But we appreciate the time you’ve taken to let us know. We take it all in and discuss what we can do to satisfy all of our guests.
Eh. Disappointing. Insanely difficult to use any of the check in or check out kiosks. It takes forever to walk to your room from the casino itself (felt like 15-20 minutes each time) and it's genuinely a shorter walk to go from the casino to another motel across the street. The room was very pretty with a decent view, everything seemed clean.

Bad The fact that I wasted $700 and sent into a room and had to use the resorts bathroom instead of Tropicana and I had used the bathroom when the boardwalk and had it through the refrigerator door open because it was so hot the air didn't I should get my money back because you people sent me into a place where the toilet didn't work needed the air conditioner

no air conditioning in the month of June is unacceptable. The air conditioning unit in our room was broken. We called to get a new room but the receptionist said they would send someone to come and fix it but they never did. i liked the location of the property.
