It was really bad stay, and I won’t be going there again. I didn’t like the staffing, the fact that me and my partner were in a nonsmoking area and it smelled like weed. We reported the incident tow front desk, but they didn’t do anything. They also changed my room last minute and gave me a lower cost room, but didn’t give me a refund for the extra cost of the room. I try to go to the front desk in the morning, but no one was there so I just left and I’m not coming back. The locations ,and the casino was the only thing good ... read more

not satisfied all the pools were closed, the room was extremely hot!!! the walk to the room was outrageously far. not to mention from the parking garage to everything else was not convenient. spent a lot of time trying to find my way then actually enjoying the trip. the beach was kind of close, everything was just super far.

Horrible They could be swep mopped given towels put clean sheets AC didn't work no pool access What went right

don’t know if I want to stay the again will be looking for another hotel. I picked a smoke free room and it looked like it wasn’t. my sheets had cigarette burns on them the furniture had cigarette burns on them also. I don’t really think the cleaning crew cleaned up the room at all there was gum stuck on the walls around the bed and someone’s contacts on the dresser 🤦‍. I was very disappointed so much for a smoke free when that’s all you smell when you come out the room I love the property

over all ok I personally love AC but i wont be staying there again the room was far down the the hall and it was outdated no sitting couch or chair in the room out dated Thermostat. The front desk was not helpful the only thing i like about Tropicana is the shops and restaurants and the outdoor pool
