Pesimo servicio. Menos mal solo rente por una noche que asco los baños sucios, la habitación apestaba a cigarro y se podia escuchar todoo lo de los otros cuartos, rente una habitación " con Vista al mar " y cuando entre no tenia vista asia ningun lado, el precio rondo los $400 demasiado caro para el pesimo servicio que fue.... sin duda NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. La discoteca de los 90 me encanto, lo unico bueno que tenia el hotel.

Will not stay again!! No towels in the room. dirty floors. bathroom was filthy. iron didn’t work

Had to check in twice at 45 minutes each as we left our room keys in the room. Poor quality for the cost Breakfast didn’t come with the room

Fair Die ewig lange Wartezeiten zum Check in. Danach der äußerst komplizierte Weg durch ganze Casino mit fehlenden Beschreibung zum Aufzug und Hotelzimmer. Sehr teure Parkplatzgebühren 78€ pro Tag. Dieser Hotel eignet sich nur wenn man Spiellibhaber ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr akustisch. Man hörte ziemlich stark Musik hören von Nachbarn und bis Mitternacht. Man kann gut Zeit verbringen

Had to bring luggage several trips because of no Bell service Short staffed no Bell service available no valet service in the quarter stayed in Havana because I use valet and Bell service and room is right there. Lot of panhandlers on the boardwalk drug dealers and homeless. Especially in front of Tropicana one big ugly guy wearing a dress selling drugs all the time Location on boardwalk

I would not stay again. The charges for room and certain restaurants were closed.

Disappointed not the same trop I used to go to The room the extra charge for early check in that I didn't expect asking if I want to upgrade for more money and the constant smell of pot No breakfast
