You know what you're getting into when you go to Atlantic City, and the Trop is no exeption. Extremely long check in lines, and check-out lines...Kiosks places all around the lobby to "Check in" however none seemed to work, and there was only 4 humans actually checking people in. Expect to be treated like cattle with checkbooks, rather then a guest.

Fair We did not have any hand towels, or bath towels in the bathroom. Also no soap,body wash,shampoo conditioner.

Spent $700+ to stay in a room worst than motel 6 Windows did not open and the view was I think a alley way. Pillows was an Illusion if you didnt use all 4 your head on basically on the mattress. Tv was I want to say a 32 in if it was even that big? 1080 so it’s small far way and blurry … casino was on point plus the only one I found with poker tables but once you walk into the room your mood simply change from happy, excitement to MISERABLE What did I like? Well at least they had a fridge.

Fair it’s so confusing to get around and staff doesn’t care enough to help. we arrived later in the night and when asked for help or a trolley to our room we were denied.

I wouldn't recommend. Mattress was not conformable, bathroom was not cleaned, old rooms with typical smell, price we paid is not at all worth, coffee pods only one and other is Decaf (what if other person wants to drink coffee? ). No microwave, no smart TV. No secure Wi-Fi. There's a list of things didn't meet expectations. Nothing I can think of.
