Run Down First room assigned had an ottoman with the legs broken off. Someone left the safe locked and the toilet didn’t flush. Room looked very worn and aged. It was in the Chelsea Tower. The second room was better , but the AC didn’t work. Would never stay in the Chelsea Tower again. Staff was very helpful.

Poor Funky smell in the room , walls have chipped paint , paid for a king bed my husband and I got 2 queens . I always come here however this time was a mess .they had my party running all over, no valet unless your diamond .

Trop AC A/C didn't work in room and shower pressure was terrible. It was clean.

Disappointing The room was left dirty and dirty towels were left in our room from the prior occupants. The windows were so dirty we couldn't see out them clearly at all. Check In was a complete nightmare. The line was REALLY long, the check in machines were not working properly and the staff behind the desk were completely overwhelmed and understaffed. The location was great. The casino is huge and has so many fun restaurants and shops.

Needs better management skills. Paid for king beds, they weren't available. Manager wouldn't give us a comp dinner, breakfast, anything. She said take the rooms we have or don't check in. No maps provided to navigate huge complex very confusing. Check in was a mess, as was parking.

Wasn't what I was expected The distance of the room location from the parking lot.. was extremely difficult walking with luggage and bags had no idea it was so far away. The fact that their wasn't any room service on the days we were there. I to search for places to eat. Didn't know food options were not available which made delivery extremely difficult.
