Poor Too old…for the same price you can go to a newer hotel Rooms needs remodeling carpet smells, elevators are very slow and very few, parking was terrible it was pack and only 2 elevators long lines to users elevators and no stairs

Would not stay there again. Too many things went wrong. We expected much more for the money. Started at check in. Since we were not 7 star players or something, we couldn’t check in at the main entrance, even though we had a handicapped placard hanging on our rear view mirror. We were directed to the self park, which was a long way from where our room was. We tried to check in at a kiosk, but we were directed to go to the front desk, which is where we were before we were told we couldn’t check in there. After having to walk ... read more

Disappointing Outdated decor in rooms. Location is great. Dining choices and sweet up of towers is great. Casino could be cleaner, as could hallways to rooms. Our room in the Chelsea tower was outdated in decor but has a great beach view. Bathroom is way too small!!

The rooms were very old paint peeling everywhere no services . Supposed to be non smoking all you smell is weed and smo All of the weed skunk smell everywhere you went. Nonsmoking is not enforced in the nonsmoking hotel rooms. Paying for a no smoking room and still all around in hallways and room. Location and restaurants
