Didn't meet expectations. Person at check in seemed like it was a bother. Check in was a hassle at the kiosk. Room was close to elevator. Thermostat was set on heat at 80 degrees. But the room was cool. Bed was sloping toward the middle. Someone left toilet paper in the toilet not flushed. Didn't get the type of room booked. Room was somewhat quiet.

Uncomfortable!! The room was very poorly maintained and shabby. No carpet in the room cheap flooring, bathroom flooded from the shower and the toilet did not work properly!!! No other room was available the desk clerk told me they were booked. The common areas are beautiful!

Disappointing Room have issue no ac fridge freezing my food an can't adjust the fridge The bathroom are real nice

Very unpleasant Reviews were useless Daughter was robbed on beach within an hour of being there Broken windows on building Homeless people all over boardwalk right outside building Wallpaper falling off wall and mold under it right outside room shall I go on.............. Breakfast was the best thing there

Dissatisfied with just about everything. The room was not the best, not even fair. The room never cooled down, no maid service, VERY OLD room. Wall paper in the halls were peeling. I have stay at the Tropicana in September of last year (during the height of COVID-19) but this experience was NOT good. Maybe another time. Most restaurants at the Tropicana were close until the weekend. Had to go out for dinner. One of the only restaurants opened had slow sever (understandable due to COVID-19/ staff shortage.) Very Poor Old room not modern. Ceiling had evidence of leaks. Rug was wet by ac vent. Curtains were velvet and dirty. Could not adjust air conditioning unit. It was locked at 68. Room was way too far from everything. Outdoor pools had no water. Hallway always smelled like Marijuana although it was non smoking. Other than security, could not locate front desk staff The bed and pillows were comfortable.
