very crowded hallways, elevators with strong smell of marijuana all over the property. elevators crowded. poor sign directing check-in kiosk and poor signs directing towards various towers. No staff to help at all. Had to ask other guests. rooms were somewhat clean. Thats the least I was expecting if I pay $440 per night

Fair The check-in process and leaving the hotel was the worst. I used the kiosk to check-in after standing online for 30 minutes I was told to go the main desk. I got downstairs and the line was long. I had somewhere to be and I never made it because it took to long to check-in. On a Saturday there should be more help available to check n the guest. Long wait to check in on a Monday I didn’t like that I had to wait almost to 7pm to check in due to my room keys couldn’t be handed to me because the kiosk wasn’t working making me feel like it was my fault. It just said talk to the front desk but where there was nobody there it didn’t say the north, south, east, or west tower very confusing and made me angry I had reservations at a restaurant at 6pm and I missed it because I needed to check it and couldn’t.
