Poor Run down hotel no employee presents at all and the lay out is hard to follow

Poor Bathroom dirty, Vending and ice machines non functioning, 1 person at check in with extremely long lines. Door in room connecting to some else room so not very private. I will never come back, nothing looked clean and the pictures of my room were deceitful, did not look like anything they described. There were kids next door and we were on a SMOKING permitted floor so I'm not sure how small children are allowed in the area instead of being in a non smoking room, oh and if the person next door showered we were able to he... read more

Horrible AC never worked even after switching rooms . Staff was unfriendly. We stayed in a hot steamy room . Not worth the price I had to pay for that. Totally disappointing Nothing absolutely.

Bad room, bad show at the Anthem Lounge, bad stay as a whole! The front desk person was rude and we could barely understand her. The show at the Anthem Lounge was terrible. The air conditioner in the room was so noisy that every time in went off and on it woke us up through out the night. Someone banged on our door at 9am asking if we were checking out saying it needed to be cleaned. The rooms are old and stale and need new ceilings and walls. The stairwells smell like urine. Bad I reserved a closer west tower. I did not get this room. I was placed in chelsea tower. Which is the farthestl way from parking garage. Was terrible experience. Will never get chelsea tower ever again. Nothing!!!

Very Good Rooms were in horrible condition. Exposed outlets, liquid stains on the walls. Paint chipping. Hasn’t been updated and 25+ years. Disgraceful Absolutely nothing
