Fair No complimentary breakfast, no microwave, and the bed and television position wrong too pricey for 2 nights of bad quality. The bed and the fact most of everything was in walking distance

It was ok The room wasn’t how it was on the picture I saw in the internet lines to grave an elevator to the parking was absurd to much money for the room and the room wasn’t on the stands for AC Casino stores and restaurants

Disappointed, with my experience will not be returning. I made a reservation for a room with a king size bed, but they gave me a room with two queen size beds. When I called the front desk and had to argue with them to get them to change my room to what I booked. Then I had to walk across to the other side of the casino to get new room keys only to walk back. Wasted 1 hour of my stay due to this. Disappointing The spa and pool with hot tub were closed. The roof top pool was closed and pool table room in the the north tower.There were no microwaves on site. This should have been mentioned beforehand. I liked that it was convenient to get to boardwalk and restaurants

Fair We stayed in the Chelsea tower floor 15. The floor just looked very outdated, and also had an odor to it. Stains on the carpets in hallways. Wall paper peeling up in corners. Room was okay. Same thing wall paper was peeling up,.paint was chipped. The desk had major chipping. closet door was off the track and the floor around it was either faded or not fully cleaned, same thing under/around the bottom on the bed. Stains on curtains. Very Poor Way to complicated to navigate through the hotel, no staff ever around to ask for directions within the hotel, all guest we saw and met complained about the same thing. Experience not good at all
