Large hotel with lots of options but it needs some upgrades and more elevators for the towers. The hotel/casino is very large. There are no where near enough elevators running to the towers rooms. This caused long lines for the elevator and waits of up to 30 mins. The room I stayed in was rather bare. The bathroom had a leaking toilet. It did not look like the pictures. Large and right on the boardwalk. Lots of shops and restaurants.

Poor Absolutely beautiful but 80 percent of the staff was rude and not very helpful. I had a lost luggage bag that I reported but the staff did not seem to care or willing to help much. Very embarrassing after checking in to be dragging your luggage through night clubs and restaurants to get to your room. Beautiful place.

Fair No hot water. Not the room I reserved.. too crowded. Not a lot of parking available.
