Same ol’ Thing AC is a dump. And being one of the last hotels left, it’s busier than ever, but nothing has changed to accommodate the added people. Took forever to check in, no temp checks as we were told there would be, and they have stopped valet parking, but also closed the valet lot, meaning that no matter what, you’re parking a mile from checkin. Poor Room was not ready for check-in @ 7:00 pm via self kiosk. Air conditioning in room did not work. Was 79-80 degrees.

Ghost town with no where to eat.... Have places to eat..have more staff to run the place... Not enough staff to run facility... most of the pools were closed...most restaurants were closed or full.... stores were empty...no place to eat breakfast or get coffee....the place felt abandoned at times...

Fair The rooms were outdated and looked kind of hazy and borderline dirty. You can just tell this is one of the original hotels that needs a major revamp. Good location and beach access though. Also, it was a Monday and the small Mexican place had an hour and half wait, crazy. The food courtyard, mall area, is pretty cool. The access to the beach being so close.
