Disappointing Upkeep was bad. It’s getting run down. Casino was very dirty. Room was clean bed was uncomfortable. A lot of machines on casino floor didn’t work and now they allow smoking which I didn’t like. For over 700 for 3 nights not worth it It has a lot of restaurants
Disappointed No security. Hotel was not clean. Considering what we paid/terrible value. We have stayed at the Trop many times before. Very disappointing Location and restaurant availability
Disappointing vacation The staff was horrible, and I was charged for smoking because I lit a candle. They stated the air purifier alarm was triggered. Horrible stay.
Disappointing AND OVERPRICED.. We paid premium rate for the fourth of July weekend. The room was old and dated. The furniture was old, ripped or broken. The carpet in the sitting room was somehow sticky. the hotel is close to the beach
Unhappy The indoor pool was closed for maintenance I am handicap and I didn't get full advantage for the money I spent Close to the beach which I can't go to due to my handicap
Blah. The hotel we were put in was Chelsea Tower, and although the bed was comfortable, the room was dirty. We found old frozen food in the fridge alongside a gallon of milk. There were coffee stains on the table. The hallway to the room smelled moldy. I didn't expect this at all! We came in and couldn't check in on the kiosk because it froze. Fair Outdated and over priced Property outdated….no smoking inside. Price was too high for what we got.
