Tropicana Stay Took almost an hour for check in with no one in line. Front desk clerk walked away did not say he had to check cash bills with another clerk. He was there over 30 minutes while they laughed and other clerk waited on another customer. Did not give us voucher for parking. Our room was in front of elevator. Walls are supper paper thin. Neighbors argued all night, we could not sleep while they slammed doors shacking our walls and bed frame. Bathroom tub had puberty hair in it and shower curtain had mold. Hotel dir... read more
It was okay. The temperature of the room was extremely hot. I like how the room looked and the bed.
Poor For the price of this this room, expected better. The shower was mildewed and hair on the shower walls. The room was very dusty on the headboard and floor partial vacuum. No smoking policy
Soon to forget night The room wasn’t what I expected or wanted. No heat I had to call maintenance and the guy did come within minutes but I had none for at least four hours because I set which I thought was the heat and went to dinner/casino etc.. I was given a blanket until the heat was restored.. I’m not sure if I’ll ever stay here again.. You will definitely need ALOT of repairs/upkeep.. The size of the shower..
Traumatizing Experience We did not like the customer service we were treated very Unkindly and we did not like the room that we had walked into we made a reservation for a non smoking room and we called in because we got there early and we paid $20 to do a early check in and when we got there we found out it was a smoking room me and my sister which was the bride who had bad asthma Walked in to a smoking room But we made reservations for a non smoking room The bathroom was very dirty the toilet had stains in it we found a us... read more

bad staff was extremely rude ; keys did not work for rooms, cleanliness was poor, rooms were dirty and b out dated ! I / we will never come back and nor will we recommend this place ! No valet parking. Just made our stay not a exactly fun one. Location

The stay was ok, but the front desk staff need to really consider how they treat customers. I did not appreciate the front desk staff person who handled me and my girlfriend's stay, with regard to an unforeseen emergency issue that occurred with my right foot. We had to extend our stay due to my inability to walk because my right ankle swelled up, and I had to send my girlfriend to the front desk with my credentials (in my stead) because I could not walk.
