Stay somewhere else. The room was not clean. It was dusty and the floors was not swept. It looked like they just pulled up the rug and it had the old hard wood floors. The location.
Poor customer service No valet parking for non-vip members. Elevator never available. Hotel not very comfortable in temperature.
Overall, good time, but hotel needs major upgrades The site was somewhat misleading. It pictured a balcony but there was no balcony with the room. Check in was horrible! 1.5 hours to get checked it because there was only a kiosk. The process works just need more kiosks The hotel amenities were great- lots to do! The casino, Cabana five was awesome! The seagulls were a bit much tho. Restaurants were great too! Chelsea Five gets 5 stars for service and food
Perhaps it was all just an elaborate social-experiment. Impossible to find any hotel staff. Everyone is channeled to these 2 self-check-in kiosks without even ropes set up to manage the inevitable horde of people approximating a line. Actual front desk was a half mile away from room in a basement only accessible by a secret escalator from the casino floor...and the line was stupidly long. Waste of money All the top rearaurants were closed everything way overpriced Not much of anything
Poor The room wasn't as was indicated on website plus finding the front desk was a nightmare with no one to speak with to give directions or information. Thanks to the guest who assisted. Nothing
Disappointing The room had wet wash rags hanging on the shower rod,,from prior guest,, unfortunately we didn't notice till late in the night,, the pillows were very flimsy,,and bed only had sheet set no comforter or thicker cover,,also the was a under wear and bra left in the window seal,,dead flies,, housekeeping clearly was rushing in that room cleaning,,I was reluctant to even sleep in the bed ,,I was Soo fog tired that night. Bad We stayed at the Tropicana Hotel in 2019 in Havana suite and it was beautiful, I can't say the same for this time. We checked in on Sunday, ( still Havana suite) no one was there, We had to check in and grab the keys from one of those machines.
