Very Poor Where to begin? First the ocean view was in the side of the building with a window that had not been cleaned in years. Second the walls are paper thin you can hear everything. 3rd house keeping banging on the door at 9 am with the do not disturb up asking if we want service. Check out was horrible self service kiosk are a joke. I will not be staying again Honestly nothing

It's not a 4 star. 2 1/2 or 3. The bathroom has to be up dated. The plumbing is very bad The bed was not comfortable at all it was lumpy the floor was not swept properly. The furniture is very out dated

Poor There was a false fire alarm and we had to walk down stairs several times. There was vomit everywhere. It took over an hour to check in. My room was missing tons of normal things like garbage bags. People were low class screaming in hall ways until 3 am each night. The food options

We won't be going back to the tropicana. Getting charged extra for my room upon arrival. Then getting charged twice for Wi-Fi. Then getting charged for parking as well. We ended up spending over 400$ on a room that should be only been 183$. Very disappointed. Location
