It was a vacation that I want to forget about Nothing I will never come back to this hotel It started with the check in person and her attitude Then the room they we’re giving me was not ready by 4:00 I had to ask for a manager and they gave me a different room. Very Poor There are no directions for parking, ex: since there are several areas to park. There should be suggested signs, ex: if staying in the North tower, it is suggested that you park in the garage located at: I also feel like the hotel isn’t inviting to guests who haven’t stayed there before. They need way more signs to show you how to get around. I didn’t like the price difference, it was 1 price on the self check in machine and a different price, at the desk. Fair We inadvertently left cash on a table in our room, went to breakfast and when we returned, the money was gone. Security came promptly to our room to take a report but unfortunately no one ever got back to us as promised. So we’re out $400 !! Great room/view, loved the beach

Despite the Toliet it was nice and comfortable. MY TOLIET WAS STOPPED UP!!! AND WHEN I TOLD THE MAID WHO WAS ON THE FLOOR, SHE WAS NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL!!!!!!!
Fair The room was dusty and the bed had dust on headboard and dust fell in my eye when me and my wife were having fun The fireworks no the 4th of July
Horrible Everything, the check in process is a nightmare. Booked and paid for an ocean front room, upon check in they didn’t have that nor did they have anything thing remotely close to ocean front. Management did their due diligence to move our room yet every room they moved us to had views of giant lights that shines directly into the room. Then after changing our room 5 times they told us they could refund the Money and we could go home ….. so we did just that! Nothing
