I would probably never stay at tropicana again unless they did updating the room was dirty and so was the hotel. The room was dark. The ac was terrible. The chelsea tower was way outdated and way too overpriced. Gilchrist was a good breakfast
Avoid this hotel Hotel was understaffed and customer service was awful. Took several HOURS to check in. Did not get the type of room reserved. Room was worn and trashy. Tropicana has clearly become a low class, very low service casino hotel
I'll try another hotel next time My bed smelled like urine. My wife slept with her clothes on because of it. I didn't care for the maid that came to change the urine smelling linen. Didn't eat

Fair Parking. It was a bad look to see people carrying their luggage throughout the shopping Mall, and in the street to simply just get it to their rooms. I believe that if you are spending a few hundred dollars a night, you should at least be able to have someone help you with your luggage. Or even be able to unload your own in front of the hotel. I was not happy about staying at the Tropicana Everything was outdated. The rooms had not been dusted for months. The tub and shower walls were dirty. The carpet throughout the hotel had a horrible odor. You can tell that they have not been cleaning. We had stained sheets and pillowcases on our beds when we arrived. I was very dissatisfied. I like that it was very close to the beach
