Fair Toilet very low,blow dryer didn't work,difficult to get drinks in the casino,bathroom door very hard to close,no room service,no directions to parking garage,vending machine for cold soda or water by our room didn't work,no valet. Bed was comfortable. Dining,elevator and boardwalk all easily accessible.
Nah My truck got broken into in garage… they stole my 200 dollar headphones… 150 dollar sunglasses!!! Don’t you have security in garage geez!…. I didn’t report it because my stuff was gone…. And I had to get to work!….. very disappointed in your casino and will tell everyone I know!!!!

Not happy with my room or the resort There were slim pickings of places to actually dying and have breakfast and the hotel was packed so I would like if there were more places to eat First off we didn’t have a nice room and the bed had bedbugs. They don’t keep the hotel clean at all we were supposed to be in the north tower but when we got there they put us in the south Tower the same napkin when we came to the hotel on the 19th floor stay there for three days .
Very Poor Dirty!
Poor Prior to my stay, I was on hold for almost an hour waiting to speak to a representative to request late check out. The woman confirmed but on arrival, there was nothing on my reservation indicated that the late check out was guaranteed. The man who checked me in confirmed again that I had late check out and I went to my room. The room was dingy but clean. Then in the morning, at 10am, a man knocked on my door for room cleaning. NOT HAPPY + Location The renovated rooms put In a modern style toilet which say low to the floor. It aggravated my sciatica! I called the front desk and she was very rude. She said, "we can move you to a different room, but the toilet height will be the same." I said if the toilet height is higher, I want a refund. She changed her tune. The ended up bring me a handicap riser, which was totally embarrassing !!!
