Poor Wrong room was given to me. When getting to the room, it was dirty as if someone else had just finished checking out

Needs work Our room had a water issue resulting in the carpet being soaked. We told housekeeping and maintenance. Nothing was done. However, they were nice enough to let us in our room after our room keys mysteriously didn’t work on Day 2. Location to beach

Poor Room was dusty and dirty. Its a big maze trying to come from parking garage to front desk. When you asked someone how to get somewhere you would get incorrect answers. I suffer from RA and just trying to walk a mile to get to a room was unbelievable. The hotel is beautiful but as far as getting to your destination in there forget it. Its like no organization in hotel to get somewhere. Check in is in basement. We just did not have a nice time. We will never go back there. worst stay Ihave ever experierienced in my travels would not recomend ever valet was charged then closed had to self park no hotel services at night most venues closed during week and on and on nothing

Our room wasn’t ready at 10pm at night. The carpets inside and outside the rooms were dirty. It was just dirty and overpriced for what we were expecting . Location
Very disappointed with the Tropicana Room was dirty and old. Needed to be cleaned well and renovated. There were only two chairs a bed and a dresser. No table, very sparse. The bathroom had mold or mildew on the grout ... Did not feel anything like what you would expect from the Tropicana Resort. Check-in was a nightmare! The bed was comfortable. The hallway and common areas were beautifully decorated.
