The stay was great because we made it fun, I do not dwell on the little things, The slider door didn't work correctly to the bathroom, two of us had to open and close the door. Pillows where cheap and horrible, your head fell flat to the bed. If you like the smell of weed non stop then this place is for you! It was like staying at a cheap party hotel. The beds where comfortable.

Busted down The actual hotel itself is old and needs renovation. The hallways and rooms all smell like cigarettes and old. We paid nearly 600 for the night for what should've been a $150 a night at the most kind of place. I liked the casino and the things there was to do in the resort

Worst ! Everything. It takes 20 minutes + to get through to talk to anyone on the phone at the front desk. The staff is very rude. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the worst possible hotel I have ever stayed. Way too expensive and customer service is at its WORST !

Ok Outdated room was gross check in was awful and the woman who helped us was nasty and rude when I asked her to explain how we were being charged. When she walked passed us after she was leaving on the casino floor she scuffed at us. My room was so dirty there was body fluids on the bed skirt when we checked into our room. Super close to the beach

Fair Incredibly warm (perspiration inducing) common areas, elevators, hallways with the exception of Casino level. Confusing maps lacking location identifiers (i.e. “you are here”). Dismissive staff in some casino connected shopping venues (I’m not broke but I dislike salespeople attempting to take advantage in the presence of presumed $). Miserable Check in was horrible, I booked a 2 queen in the south tower. For a reason. They put me in the Havana tower , get up to a new room on the south tower it was 1 king bed. Finally after two trips back and forth I finally got the room I paid for. With little remorse.

ok casino seemed to just want you to get there, directions to get to different things were not good and easy to follow, food options were not as expected, but on our own finely figured it out room was comfortable, clean
