The Havana isn't where to be at I requested to be put by the elevator do to surgery and was pit all the way down the other side of the hall I called no one picked up 2 days in a role not good for business I was told the place was upgraded and it was outdated so disappointed booking couldn't help me for anything told me they was just a platform what??? Like I need help and couldn't get any help!!! My stay was so disappointing I will never use booking.com again!!! The size of the room was good but outdated no microwave as well
Disappointing No me gusto que me dieron una habitacion que se comunicaba con otra y la ultima noche casi no pude dormir pues se escuchaba todo y digo TODO en mi habitacion, parece tenian fiesta . Llame a Houskeeping para pedir unos Ear Plugs y no tenian por lo tanto trate de dormir y pude lograrlo como 2 am, antes llame la operadora para que me llamaran 8 am pero nadie me llamo, esta es mi queja. Definitely not worth the value that I paid for The Check in procedure sucks. It took almost an hour to check in my room with just the pre check in Kiosk machine, ridiculous. Then the rooms didn’t even have any microwaves for that kind of price. The staff refused to give me plastic champagne flute glasses unless I purchased champagne from them, ridiculous. I like the location and that was it only.

Bad The staff was rude, they put us in a room with no rugs the room looked like a hostel. We go out come back there is a puddle on the floor. They put us in another room I go to the bathroom and look and there is a bloody wash cloth on the door. They gave me most of my money back but I want it all back. I will never step foot in that place as long as I live. And will not recommend it to anyone ever. NOTHING!

A waste of money. When Checking in at the front desk, the employee was very rude. Couldn’t find my reservation for 10 minutes and kept walking away and playing with his pen against the walls while my friends and family waited 20 minutes to finally get our keys. I booked two suites and received one suite and one regular room with one bed. Don’t know how I could have had two very different rooms that I paid the exact amount for. Pleasant I requested a king room and when I got there I was told that the king room was still dirty and I had to wait 1 he after waiting on line for 39 minutes to get checked in. The queen room that they offered was dirty so I requested another queen room and it was not very clean either. Will not be going back to this hotel
