Disappointing First room that was given to us had a leak in the ceilin. The next room didnt have hot water so we couldn't shower in the morning they told us we had to wait for them to send a plumber. Everything except the room

The valet Sucked They lost all key for the Mercedes The valet Lost the key to my wife’s car that cost me to miss work that day and we did not receive any kind of compensation for that we never found the key that day and they had to mail it to us two days later The casino

Tropicana 2 hour & 15min check in process. Arrived at 4PM. Prior had completed online express check in. Stood in line for 1hour to use kiosk to check in. Kiosk said Needed to see front desk. At 5PM stood in line for an hour to check in at front desk. Receptionist could not find our reservation -we gave her our booking confirmation number, names and QR code for “express check”in. She shrugged it off and claimed maybe room wasn’t ready. (at 6PM ? Two hours after check in.) Made it to the beach finally after 6PM -couldn’t swim ... read more

Bad Everything it was a bad spot to begin! Especially the housekeeping employee!!!! DO NOT TRUST THERE HOUSEKEEPERS EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE SIGN ON THE DOOR!!!! THEY WILL STILL ENTER YOUR ROOM I COUGHT MY HOUSEKEEPER!!!!! A lot of pools

Bad Room mixed at checking in. First I had to wait 1 hour on line to use a kiosk, which ended up giving me a room that was being used. Then had to wait in line again another hour, got to the desk and the representative name Alma said she cannot help me she is finished for the day. Took another 2 hours to get a room. Will NEVER stay at tropicana again.
