The room good and clean, and good customer services. Another thing maybe the hotel have policies in room after 10pm don’t make too noise. My family really tired the first night because next room super noise to midnight about between 1am-2am. My family couldn’t sleep well. I never got that happen before to stay in hotel my travel.

Front desk person was not friendly.. breakfast was awful. Soap, shampoo and conditioner was empty..

not that great The walls and doors in the bathroom were disgusting the soap and body wash was empty The wi fi didn't work The TV guide didn't show what was playing on the channels, said no information and the google map tried to take us 2 miles south of where we were supposed to be staying

Looks like a fancy hotel from the outside but it’s pretty much a Motel 6. Dirt everywhere inside the room, looks worn down already. Bathroom looked terrible and shampoo was missing. Couldn’t believe this was basically a brand new hotel and it was very torn down already. Suspicious characters staying there as well. Highly disappointed.

Management was very unprofessional. Booked through a 3rd party, there was miscommunication. 3rd party spoke with management via phone but when guest staying at hotel went to the desk, this same “manager” then stated that he was not a manger and could not assist us.
