Front desk person was not friendly.. breakfast was awful. Soap, shampoo and conditioner was empty..

not that great The walls and doors in the bathroom were disgusting the soap and body wash was empty The wi fi didn't work The TV guide didn't show what was playing on the channels, said no information and the google map tried to take us 2 miles south of where we were supposed to be staying

Looks like a fancy hotel from the outside but it’s pretty much a Motel 6. Dirt everywhere inside the room, looks worn down already. Bathroom looked terrible and shampoo was missing. Couldn’t believe this was basically a brand new hotel and it was very torn down already. Suspicious characters staying there as well. Highly disappointed.

Management was very unprofessional. Booked through a 3rd party, there was miscommunication. 3rd party spoke with management via phone but when guest staying at hotel went to the desk, this same “manager” then stated that he was not a manger and could not assist us.

Death Trap The hotel hallways are filthy, the same sunflower seeds and Cheetos remained in the same hallway my entire 4 night stay. The best part of my trip was being stuck inside the #2 elevator for one hour and twenty five minutes. The Fire Department couldn't even get me out. The staff was very apologetic, but this place is a dumpster, and not built to any type of safety standards. dusty room Bed was supper itchy and room very dusty
