Not a fan any longer I walked into a dark room with shades completely drawn. Of course I had to use the bathroom immediately and then went to open the shade….broken. Not just shut but the blackout blind was closed and broken. I went to the desk and requested another room apologized for dirty bathroom but bed was clean….and they did. I didnt like it that the light was shining thru the window all nite even tho the curtain was closed. Me and my frend didnt sleep good because of it.

I booked a room and the ac was so loud I couldn’t sleep and there was no body wash to use. The room smelt like someone had smoked inside and felt dingy.

Tru Hotel with be a truly bad experience. This was the worst experience of hospitality I’ve ever received. I attempted to resolve the issue and was repeatedly misled while simultaneously being treated with dis respect. I’ve have better treatment in the worst hotels in the middle of nowhere. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of the staff at a Hilton property
