The building is managed and kept clean. Apartment size is good. Wish there was laundry in building which would make the services better. Apartments can be modernized with new paint jobs to make it better. Additional closets can be built.

Good location. Improving the building. Painted the walls. Very safe they install cameras. Have securities at the lobby. They really trying to keep the building clean but some tenants are not following the rules they throw the garbage at the basement.

I’ve been living at 67th st building since 2015 very happy. The owner has been so helpful . And the building is always clean and monthly exterminator. Any repairs gets fixed fast. Plus restaurants, convenient stores, parks and more are in walking distance plus the view of New York. Can’t complain like I said very happy. 😊
