We have least from this dealership for over forty years…. Think that speaks for itself
Terrible service. Tires were damaged. Tires weren’t filled with air. Will not be returning!
They forgot to install air filter and sticker for next oil change ….. do better next time
Negotiating with Tynan’s was a difficult experience. When we decided to keep our lease and buy it out they charged us an additional $700 to process paper work despite Nissan charging a $300 fee. This is unacceptable and I will never buy another vehicle from this dealer. If you are thinking about a Nissan I would look elsewhere for a dealer not trying to rip off its customers.
I had an appt for an oil change and it took 2 hrs and car smelled like cig smoke
My car was washed, and brought back to me with soap still all over it. I had to hand wash my car when I got home. I have religiously used Tynans for service for years and bought a new Vehicle there. Service from when I started going there to now continues to decline. There always seems to be something found to repair when I go in for an oil change. I miss the old Tynans!
The person checking me in was rude and argued with me about not needing an appointment as I had recurved an email about to schedule an appointment for my car to get serviced. Then I was told the recommended services I need to come back for a separate appointment. That makes a bigger inconvenience for me.
Takes too long to get in and didn't solve my issues on my car the check engine light came back on a week aftertye appointment
Diagnose called for new headlights. Replaced new headlights for $2000 still didn't fix the problem
