Luke provided bad service from initial call to me being at service desk would not go back I tried to be as transparent with him with all info but he has bad customer service
The advisor that helped me was rude. I am a female and he was asking me questions that I don’t know because I don’t know much about cars.
Taken my Nissan car here twice that I did not buy at this dealership. The service team team has shown zero interest in helping me since I didn’t buy it there. It’s a Nissan. This week I took it in and asked them to look up the power train warranty and they said my factory warranty expired and refused to look up anything else. I normally have no issues with this dealership but on this last visit I'm sure they dinged my driver side door. I noticed the techs pulling the cars in and out of the garage were quite reckless with people's cars (before my appointment). Then upon picking up my car noticed some new chipping in the paint on my driver side door. Not the end of the world but won't be returning to this location.
Not worth it on the actual issue on why I went there in the first place.
They failed to tighten some sort of valve on my tire after rotation/balance, which led to a slow leak in that tire. It was diagnosed by a manager of a local shop who specializes in tires. He fixed it for me gratis.
Took my car to the shop, to do some work recommended on a previous service, and the person was very rude.
Poor customer service at the service department. Service advisors texting while people need assistance. Manager there is not very helpful there either but mostly apart of the problem. Do not recommend.
