"paid them to tell me nothing" I have a 16 rouge that has a issue with the transmission as the service bulletin points out. I took it to them and told them this info, but if course they said there is a charge to look at it, which is understandable, but I told them that it won’t recreate the problem because it was too cold out, he said they’d figure it out. "Worst service and extreme sell -up" I have gone there several times and the people are rude and act like there doing me a favor not proving me with a service that it's paid for... I would understand if the service was free .... but every time I go I am asked for stuff I don't need and in true honesty is the reason why I will never buy a nissan again or even a VW for that matter.... "Unhappy Customer" I have had issues with this service center for sometime now. Had the rotors done and there machine put a groove in them. I had to call and get it fixed then they said both sets of brakes needed changed j had the back o es changed. I just took the car back in to have the front checked and they told me they were fine. How do i go from being told they need replaced to not needing replaced. Car only has 35,000 miles on it.
"Oil change check up" Overall, the service was ok. I had forgotten to mention to use Mobil 1 for my oil change but I figured since my last oil change was at the same location, they would have it in the system. I was a little disappointed that they did not wash my car since I thought that was included in every service. Jesus was actually very nice to work with but the guy sitting next to him was not as pleasant so that’s why I rated friendliness at a 2.
"Had to fight tooth and nail to get the job done. " I had a heater core replaced by this dealership in December of last year. I drove the vehicle to a funeral out of state the day after they finished working on it. A really loud noise that has never occurred would happen right in the area that they replaced the heater core. The noise would start and stop when I would turn on and off the heater blower. I called back the next morning while out of state telling them the issue. "Fluids NOT topped off" Oil change / tire rotation & brakes repaired. Didn't top off my fluids. Windshield wiper fluid empty not good. Vehicle was left over night at dealership but was not washed.
"Overpriced used cars " I went back to Tynans expecting a good deal as a returning customer but instead I left feeling like I've been cheated. I was told two days later that I could not return the vehicle because I had signed the contract
"Worst customer service ever!" I prepay for oil change packages. I'm a frequent customer. Came in at 10:15am was told it would be 1.5 hours. After that time went to check, my car hadn't been in yet. Was told it would be about 30 minutes. Checked after 30 minutes, it was almost done I walked out about 2.5 hours later. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked that my prepaid package be canceled. "Sales and nasty attitude " First my recall service spot was confirmed by a sales rep, who left a generic voicemail that caused me to call back, just to try to be sold(Conor).
