"Please mean what you say" My car was not given a detailed cleaning as stated. It has sports on it. I paid a lot for detail cleaning. It’s also good for the salesperson to the customer several features on the car. This was not done. I will not refer a friend to this dealer.
"Yes and NO!" I need some one from corporate to call me. I am/was not happy just plain rude.. Not happy with the service. I asked to talk to the manager and was told that he wasn't there and that I would probably get the same reaponse. Rich (Richardy) who helped me mentioned to me that he didn't have any answers and to read report on the diagnostic.
"Subpar person to person customer service, etc." Ridiculously Over priced service first off. In addition they Said they took care of a recall item but the service light for that item is still on. They Had my car All day, literally, for a transmission flush. If I had added an oil change or one of the 10 other items on the recommended list, I’d be still without my car, I’m sure. "Oil change" As far as I can tell they didn’t top off my fluids. My windshield wiper fluid was empty For 100 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation I find that unacceptable, Ot makes me wonder if they actually rotated my tires.
"Do not do business with Tynans Nissan" 3.5 hours for an oil change and have a key made. Will recommend friends and family to not use dealership. Witnesses several dissatisfied customers and arrogant service advisors.
"Warranty" I took my car in for a couple of recalls. They let me borrow a car for the day to get to work and whatnot, awesome. The next day, after getting my car, I noticed a deeper sound coming from the engine when getting onto the interstate. When I arrived to my destination and popped the hood, I discovered they not only left my air intake box OPEN and unlatched, but the battery had build-up on the positive side and NEVER told me about it!! So much for the 9-point inspection saying "passed".
"Poor service" We paid for our tire to be repaired and they did only part of it. We took it back in but they refused to complete the repair of the tire. They also took our valve stem off our chrome rims and replace them with green cheap ones.
"Poor Customer Service @ the Service Center " Am an owner of Suzuki XL-7 bought from Tynan’s but every time I bring it for service, am alway made to feel out of place. It’d be nice to be treated with respect as I come with respect. Just tell me where to take this car for service if you do not want to deal with it. I lcan’t remember the name of the last person I dealt with, but my last service experience was my worst ever. "Loose trim around windows" The window seal around drivers window was twisted and cracked and the trim around the rear door was loose, tynans replaced everything and made sure all the other doors were ok, 2018 titan xd
