"It was good. " Wish they would of detailed my car. Like I thought they were supposed to like they informed me. Still grease on hood and sticky residue on bumper.

"I Won’t Be Returning " The wait was extremely too long, and overpriced. The attitude from the customer service representative was horrific too. I will not be returning to this location for service.
"Unfriendly Unenthusiastic Service Department" Honestly every time I either call or go into the Tynnan Nissan Service Department, the representatives are reluctant to help. It seems like they just want to put the least effort possible into actually diagnosing and fixing an issue with the vehicle. "$100 in labor to change a battery" My wife took the car in to have the battery replaced and $260 and two days later it was ready. How a 2 minute job of switching out the battery took nearly an hour of labor is a mystery. Somehow, I doubt they would have tried to pull that on a man.
"Great service on an issue that was their fault " They admitted an error on their part on a recent visit and corrected it. They accepted all responsibility and didn’t charge me for the repairs
"The Front Express Desk on Point" The attendant had everything in place and double checked their work. She noticed a sensor lit up and had the crew check it out. They made adjustment and off i was. Express wait was around 90 min.
"Friendly goes a long way" My guys name was Adnan. I've never had such a pleasant experience with an auto service person. I don't know where to begin explaining how fair and honest he was. "Acceptable deal, very poor follow-up" Acceptable deal on new truck. Vehicle not ready when promised. No communication from sales staff and no follow-up as we had to initiate all communication. Vehicle finally ready for delivery at closing time and staff was high pressure to get out the door. “Come back tomorrow” was the constant refrain. Tynans didn’t even bother to fill the gas tank. “Come back tomorrow and we’ll do it”... no thanks.
