It was super easy.
We had our current loan with Penny Mac and a second home with another lender. In the 10 years we had with Pwnny Mac we never had a problem with communications, paperwork, tax filings or knowing where we stood on our loan repayment. We had issues with our second home loan within 6 months of taking it. When we decided to refinance our home, we looked everywhere but just felt like it was a money grab for fees.
