Clear communication between all parties including title company who did a terrible job. Questions answered. No one could answer my questions. I did not get my closing documents until the Notary came to do the signing. She did a “point and sign” closing and said it was not her job to explain what we were signing. The title company didn’t have my name correct. And when they redid the paperwork it still was not correct.
We had to send the same documents several times. Our process started in October and did not get finalized until February. The checks we received to pay off the creditors were all based on old numbers and were therefore cut in an amount exceeding what we owe. This check issue has been a huge hassle.
My experience with PennyMac has been great. All persons I've dealt with was excellent. My refinances was done In less than a month.
I love how every is professional and have the answers for your questions. Great service.
