What You'll Do

Birdeye’s Partner Development Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of GTM programs with new and existing partners. You will be actively involved in every phase of a partner's lifecycle and support the day-to-day management of these programs. You will work directly with our Head of Business Development and be instrumental in driving growth for our business through partnerships.

 

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong focus on backlink acquisition and management to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing link-building strategies specifically for SaaS companies. You will play a key role in improving organic rankings, increasing domain authority, and driving high-quality referral traffic through strategic partnerships, content collaboration, and targeted outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Link-Building Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement end-to-end backlink acquisition strategies tailored to SaaS audiences.
    • Identify high-quality link opportunities through competitor analysis, link gap analysis, and outreach to authoritative domains, industry publications, and influencers within the SaaS ecosystem.
  2. Content Collaboration & Asset Creation:
    • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and design teams to produce link-worthy assets (e.g., whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, data reports).
    • Contribute to guest posting, partnership content, and PR initiatives that naturally attract inbound links and establish our brand as an authority in the SaaS space.
  3. Birdeye & Review, Social Management Integration:
    • Utilize Birdeye or similar platforms to enhance local and niche-specific listings, earning natural backlinks from authoritative review sites and directories.
    • Monitor and engage with reviews to ensure brand consistency and identify opportunities to generate positive link signals.

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of SEO experience with a mandatory focus on SaaS marketing.
    • Proven success in link-building, backlink management, and demonstrating impact on organic search performance.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
    • Experience with Birdeye or similar review management platforms.
  • Soft Skills & Attributes:
    • Excellent outreach and communication skills; able to build and maintain relationships with publishers, influencers, and partners.
    • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead of trends in SaaS and digital marketing.
