Sloppy job of manufacturing windows - cutouts too big allow for leaks, and very sloppy caulking job around all 8 windows - do they even know what a caulk line should look like?!? Also a few windows not installed level!!! Also damaged some of my property during removal of old windows! New windows not left in clean condition.
Just a bad experience all around!! First time installers were the start of a downhill run. Price we paid for this overpriced window was a terrible decision on my end. I can assure you it will never happen again!
I would recommend that anyone looking for windows to get estimates from other companies because UWDC comes in and tells you a price in which if you don't accept then you will not get the windows at that price. The salesman said but the quality and I said but i don't have nothing to compare it to because they was the first one I talked to. I had 3 other companies lined up to listen to and see their quality and prices. The installation was shoddy. There is going to be problems down the road.
Windows are not TRIMMED on the out wasp's and yellow jackets can make nests under neath the trim.
One window did not fit. No one has called me to discuss the plan going forward.
I can not get the windows out to clean them: I can only get 2 of them to come out; because the screens don’t come off
