The gentleman that measured the windows got upset because I asked him would he wear a mask. He had a bad attitude after that when I asked questions.
Quality of the product is decent, install was sloppy, and it took almost a year to receive replacement screens for the ones that were initially delivered and damaged.
The installers were very unprofessional and were not able to communicate in English (2 different teams). The first crew installed windows over rotten wood instead of replacing it per contract, did not finish sealing some windows, and left a mess even after I asked them to clean up after themselves. It's impossible to get in touch with customer service and it takes months for issues to be resolved
