They clearly have system issues. Called said door is in took my pay on delivery money then said oops your door is NOT in. Then I get survey asking how installation went. So now they have all my money I have no door and I am afraid will never get door because in their system shows it was installed.

We went with your product because we were impressed with the quality. We had install issues and have made multiple calls and even had 2 technicians back out but no one will respond or call us back.
The windows are excellent. I didn’t appreciate the poor job on the installation. My future was damaged; I had white fingerprints on my walls, and the siding was not put back after the installation.
I was not pleased with the company used to finance my windows.
The wait on doors is unacceptable and the quality is in question
