There windows are expensive no matter the size
Everything fine except an unacceptable messy job of caulking. I could have done as well myself. Scheduled to be redone.!
No. We had a great experience the first time, but not the second time. Too much money invested to only end up with the largest window in the order being wrong. No way to fix it other than paying for a whole new window. Over $25K spent. We would have at least liked for our order to be correct and clean. We would not want anyone else to be this disappointed.
At this point I wish I could take my referrals back. Not only did it take forever for the windows to be installed initially, one arrived broken. I was contacted by the “project manager” who never showed up to the job and 5 guys showed up that did not speak English. We were not able to communicate about concerns we had. They installed the broken window and it’s scheduled to be installed 12/6 which is 10 weeks later! Needless to say I have a huge front window with tape all across it on the front of my house.
